The woman in this session already had experience in front of the camera and understood posing well. That meant I could spend less time explaining every movement and concentrate more on the image itself — body position, camera angle, light, and how she worked within the hotel architecture, pool area and tropical surroundings.
I photographed most of the series with controlled flash. In bright daytime conditions, this makes it possible to shape the light on the subject separately while still keeping color and detail in the surroundings. It was especially useful around the pool and hotel grounds, where bright surfaces, water, greenery and deep shadows often appear in the same frame.
On the beach, we worked without additional lighting and used only natural light. That part of the session feels softer and more relaxed, while the full gallery has a good range — from more polished poolside portraits to quieter photographs by the sea. I photograph swimwear sessions, resort portraits and individual photoshoots in Nha Trang and Cam Ranh.
