Hotel Boudoir Photoshoot | Nha Trang

The woman in this series already had experience with this kind of photography, so we could work a little differently. I did not need to direct every movement from scratch — she was comfortable with posing, body lines and composition, while I could concentrate more on the light, angles and the way the mood changed from one frame to the next.

We used several areas of the hotel room and a few different looks, shooting by the windows and mirror, on the bed, in the bathroom and in darker parts of the interior. This gave the series a natural progression from softer, quieter portraits to more sensual boudoir images.

I combined the natural light from the large windows with off-camera flash. In some photographs the flash only supported the existing light; in others it became the main source, shaping the body more precisely and adding depth to the interior. I photograph similar private boudoir and fine-art sessions in Nha Trang in hotels, apartments and other suitable interiors.
