About me: Photography with an Art Director’s Perspective

Hi!  I am Dima — a commercial, architectural, and lifestyle photographer based in Nha Trang, Vietnam. I bring over 20 years of professional experience in visual media to every project. My journey began in 1998 in Israel as a magazine and newspaper designer, providing me with a deep understanding of layout, composition, and visual storytelling. Over the years, my camera has taken me to diverse destinations worldwide, delivering publication-grade visuals for clients in Israel, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Russia, and Vietnam.

Since 2003, I have specialized in commercial photography, blending an Art Director’s eye with technical precision to create high-impact visual assets for businesses and private clients.

Before every commercial shoot, I prefer to agree on the brief and intended use of the images with the client. This helps me understand exactly what needs to be shown and avoids spending time producing material the client doesn’t need.
