Family Photoshoot at Wyndham Grand | Phu Quoc

This session brought together a large family across several generations, so I wanted to create more than just one group portrait of everyone together. We photographed parents with children, smaller family combinations and more relaxed moments during the walk around Wyndham Grand.

We started among the greenery and palm-lined areas of the resort and gradually moved toward the beach. With a larger group, a rigid shooting plan can quickly become tiring, so I alternated more composed family portraits with walking shots and natural interaction between them.

The session took place in the evening using natural light. As sunset approached, the light became softer and warmer, giving the beach part of the series a different mood from the earlier photographs. Family photoshoots in Phu Quoc like this are especially valuable because they preserve not only individual portraits, but the whole family together in the place where they spent their holiday.

I am now based in Nha Trang and also photograph family sessions in Nha Trang and Cam Ranh.
